I am the author of the EPRI IEEE 2030.5 Client open source stack, the stack is currently in use by several manufacturers of SunSpec CSIP certified products. Since the public release of the client stack by EPRI, I have made numerous improvements, bug fixes, added features such as subscription/notification required by aggregator clients, and created a more streamlined API for controlling individual DERs.

In the process of developing the IEEE 2030.5 client stack, I developed a server for testing purposes. The server is capable of executing a majority of the SunSpec test cases used in CSIP certification.
